All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Payment



PAYPAL
Paypal provides an easy and secure method of payment for domestic and international orders. You will be re-directed from our website to the Paypal website to complete your payment. You will have the option of paying via your Paypal Account or with Visa or Mastercard. The Paypal website allows you to make a secure payment using your credit card without disclosing these details to any other parties.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
If you would like to pay via internet banking or bank deposit please Contact Us with your order details and we will advise account details and order confirmation.

CHEQUE
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please Contact Us with your order details. We will then send you order confirmation. Please include your name and Invoice Number (from your Order Confirmation) on the back of your cheque and post it to : Doberman Security, PO Box 65242, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0754

Your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

Shipping


NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

Shipping within New Zealand is free of charge.

We will endeavour to send your parcel within 1-2 working days from when payment is received. In the instance where we are unable to supply a product or there is another reason for a delay in delivery, we will email you advice of the issue. If there is a stock issue, we will back order and advise you as to an approximate delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The shipping rate for all international orders is dependent on country and value of order. If you would like to know the exact cost of delivery prior to placing your order please Contact Us

Customs & Clearance Charges
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches its destination. We do not have control over these charges and accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged.

Returns



All of our products are backed by a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please ensure that the product is returned to us for an exchange within the 12 month warranty period.

Our warranty covers actual faults only. Misuse of a product or incorrect installation is not covered by our warranty.

This warranty does not cover for batteries or any losses due to forced entry.
